Meet Our TEAM
Carly Zick, Advisor
Mrs. Zick has been teaching in Lodi for 10 years! She lives in Lodi with her husband and her two sons. Together they enjoy spending time on Lake Wisconsin. During the summer months, you can find Mrs. Zick out on the golf course giving her best effort each time she tries to golf! Mrs. Zick LOVES coffee! Her favorite season is Fall! You can find her out on the Ice Age Trail hiking with our Saunters program, too! Mrs. Zick's favorite thing about teaching at OSC is listening to her OSC students work together in a small group and collaborate with one another! Occasionally you might even find her with students in the OSC workshop running a drill!
Grace Lee, Advisor
I'm Ms. Lee, and I've only been teaching since September of 2020! I really love being outside, hiking, kayaking, and exploring. I also love to read books (and have been known to stay up way past my bedtime to finish them!), drink coffee, and cook! A fun fact is that I actually went to elementary school at LES, and my classroom was in the OSC space! It has been so fun to think back on those memories, and to make new ones, too. While being a new teacher can definitely be an interesting ride, having an amazing team to support me, guide me, and laugh with me has been more than I could ask for. My favorite thing about OSC so far has been seeing the interactions between the different grades, and how they all work with each other! They teach me new things all the time, especially through their projects!
Allie Stone, Advisor
Greetings, I am Mrs. Stone! I'm so glad you have stopped by to learn more about OSC! I've had the privilege of teaching well over a decade in Lodi and I am one of the founding OSC advisors. My family and I live just outside of Lodi on a fun hobby farm, Prairie Winds. Mr. Stone and I have four children that also go to school in Lodi. All of us love animals, plants, spending time outside, and camping as much as possible! We also love exploring and going on adventures whenever we can! Our favorite destination is going to South Carolina! I look forward to starting each morning with students while enjoying a freshly brewed cup of coffee. THE BEST! Finally, my favorite part of OSC, although there are many, is the community we build together. We are a community that takes care of each other and strives everyday to make a difference! Thanks again for stopping by!

Cody Endres, Special Education Advisor
Mr. Endres attended Lodi Schools as a child and graduated from Lodi in 2010. After receiving his degree from the University of Wisconsin-La Crosse, he returned to the Lodi area as a substitute teacher for a year before being hired onto the OSC staff. In addition to being an OSC teacher, Mr. Endres is also the Lodi High School Head Wrestling Coach. He and his wife, Rachel, live in Lodi where they're active in the community coaching and volunteering in various programs and events.
Niki Schoenemann, Literacy Interventionist
I live in Lodi with husband Jamie and our 3 children. As a family, we enjoy watching movies, swimming, hiking, and anything outdoors. In my free time, I enjoy reading, yoga, playing tennis, supporting our children in their activities and hanging out with family and friends. I am a native of the wonderful community of Lodi, and I feel very fortunate to be raising our family in this beautiful and supportive community. I am thrilled to collaborate with this amazing set of advisors, OSC governing board members, staff, the community, students and families to provide an education that is individualized. I am inspired daily by the natural curiosity of children!
